About

Xile.

Xile Waterproof Technologies Co., Ltd. has spent more than two decades on a single product family — Xile DPS, a water-based deep penetrating sealer for concrete waterproofing and protection (inorganic silicate chemistry). We are the factory, not a trading house. Specifiers, contractors, and distributors who buy from us are buying from the plant that makes the product, not from a distribution layer in front of it.

Three views inside the Xiamen plant: the reactor hall with stainless mixing vessels, the automated pail-filling line, and finished Xile DPS product stacked for shipment.

Two decades on a single chemistry

Xile was founded in 2000 in Xiamen, on the southeast coast of Fujian province, China. The product is a low-viscosity solution of silicate chemistry in water that reacts with free calcium hydroxide in cured concrete to form calcium silicate hydrate — the same mineral phase that gives the slab its strength. Refining that one chemistry has been the work of the company since.

Over those years, Xile DPS has been supplied direct to construction sites in every province of mainland China. It has been specified into bridge decks, polished commercial slabs, parking structures, shear walls and basements, water-retaining structures, and into one of the most uncompromising envelopes the chemistry has been asked to enter — the concrete linings of large waste-incinerator plants, where surface temperatures reach 800 °C and organic sealers cannot survive.

Direct supply, direct support

The channel has stayed simple: the factory ships to the specifier, the contractor, or the regional distributor. Removing the intermediaries — and the markup that comes with them — has shaped how we operate. So has the technical support. Conversations about substrate compatibility, coverage, and application happen between the buyer and our Xile DPS team, not through three layers of resellers.

International recognition

In 2015, Xile DPS was specified into the Mongu–Kalabo Road, a 34-km Belt and Road causeway across the Barotse Floodplain in Western Province, Zambia, treating the concrete decks of 26 reinforced-concrete bridges including the Lubosi Imwiko II crossing of the Zambezi. The decks have remained in service through ten consecutive Zambezi flood seasons since application.

Beyond that project, our Hong Kong distribution channel has long supplied Southeast Asia. The English-language site you are reading is the next step: bringing the same factory access — the same chemistry, the same top-notch product — directly to specifiers and partners globally.
